Caden @ Kuala Kangsar
Located at Taman Lavender along the trunk road, opposite the more established Taman Bunga Raya.
These 12 are in a separate leaflet and there's more in their main menu.
And this are what we ordered that night
Lemonade and Ice Lemon Tea.
House Chicken Chop
Comes with black pepper sauce, coleslaw and fries.
I had linguine aglio olio with prawns.
The actual name is longer.
I find this to be quite steep on the price, at RM21, the price is comparable to eateries in large towns but the ingredients are not as generous. The prawns are fresh, but it lacks the fragrance that usually accompanies aglio olio, that wonderful smell of well sautéed garlic.
My eldest had chicken sliders. Very meaty chicken meatballs dipped in homemade tomato sauce and sandwiched with mini sesame buns. Value for money :) Extra points go to the homemade tomato sauce. I wonder if the buns are in house buns too
My potato monster had Rosti. Potato noodles made by cutting the potatoes with a spiral cutter, pan fried in butter to a crisp. She loved it a lot, so did I. At RM7.90, it's just potatoes and it's more expensive than the sliders. :( But the taste is lovely.
We might be back again to try their desserts and I definitely won't order the linguine anymore.

Is the restaurant offering ribeye steak or rideye steak?
Forgive them.
In this town, you see plain flour labeled as plain powder and they see nothing wrong to it
