Waroeng Penyet @ The Curve

My second time having ayam Penyet and one word for the sambal, FIERY!!!!

My husband didn't finish his meal as he can't stand the heat. But without the sambal he said it's not as good. 

We had these

Ayam Penyet. Fried chicken Penyet style. Crispy and delicious. Comes with a piece of fried beancurd and fried tempeh.

Lele Penyet of which is fried catfish that is locally known as ikan keli. It's one of my favourite freshwater fishes but I don't want to think of how it's being farmed, haha. 

Then this is soto ayam, noodles in chicken broth. Portion is quite small but taste good. 

And for drinks, it's Es cendol and the other one I forgot the name, lol. 

I forgot to ask him for the receipt and can't show you the total price but don't worry, it's all shown on the board when you place your order. 

Somehow I prefer Ayam Penyet AP than Waroeng Penyet
